Vchelle, I'm so glad you had a great vacation! I really want to watch the youtube video on reversing diabetes but my son is sleeping in the room with me at the moment and I can't. Please keep that up for a while if you wouldn't mind. I'd love to look at it when I get back next week. I'm reading Michael Pollan's In Defense of Food, and there is a similar conversation in there.
